John Blake

John Blake is a Managing Partner with Momentum Sales & Marketing.  John spent over 30 years with and retired from the Johnson & Johnson Corporation.  John held a variety of Senior Management positions with J&J including Director of Sales Administration, Region Sales Manager, Director of National Accounts, and Director of Sales.

In those roles, John was instrumental in growing Top Line sales, upgrading the Sales Organization, while protecting Bottom Line profits.  In 1999, John was asked to create and lead an Alternate Channel Division of the McNeil Consumer Healthcare Company.  He and his team pioneered J&J Products into Office Depot, Staples, and Home Depot.

His team successfully sold in the first J&J Product onto the QVC Home Shopping Network.  In 2003, John recognized the opportunity with the growing Hispanic population and established a Hispanic Broker Network selling J&J products into Hispanic Independent Stores.

He later managed the introduction of the UK Retailer Tesco as it entered the United States with its Fresh & Easy Neighborhood Markets format.  John’s strong Administration Skills and Strategic vision play a central role for Momentum.
